- Most general answers can be found online, i.e., Google, OpenAI, DeepSeek etc.
- Smart business owners can also call ACRA for free advisory. (Are you one of them?)
- But if you need an actual person to communicate for specific secretarial matters, please choose the Private Secretary option.
- P.S. Do you know the office of a Company Secretary cannot be left vacant for more than 6 months Singapore Companies Act, 1967, Section 171(4A)? You may face a penalty of up to $1,000.
